White Magic Marinated Chicken

One of the easiest and most delicious meals to make in the summer is white magic grilled chicken.

 Us Southerners are known for frying it up real good (recipe to come later), but this grilled chicken is sure to be a hit.

 (Support Local) We prefer quartered chickens from the local butcher shop #makefriendswithyourbutcher, but if the grocery has some boneless skinless chicken breasts on sale, that'll work just fine.

 Makes 4 servings

4 - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (or whatever part of the chicken you prefer)
Mis' Rubin's White Magic Seasoning
Cracked Black Pepper
Italian Dressing (optional)

 

Take the chicken and coat with Mis' Rubin's White Magic Seasoning. Let the flavors from the white magic soak in for a few minutes, add some cracked black pepper and throw the chicken on the grill.

 If you have some extra time, you can soak the white magic chicken in italian dressing and let it marinate for an hour or two before putting it on the grill. Just apply seasoning, coat in italian dressing and let marinate before grilling.
