4 Sesame Buns
4 - 6 oz pieces skinless Salmon filet
4 Tbsp Mis Rubins' Fish Magic Seasoning
Cucumber Radish Slaw
1 English Cucumber (thinly sliced)
4 Radishes (thinly sliced)
3 Scallions (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
1/2 head Red Cabbage (thinly sliced)
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat grill to medium/high heat. Season Salmon filets with Fish Magic Seasoning and pinch Kosher salt.
In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients of slaw. In a small bowl whisk the rest of the ingredients together. Pour the vinaigrette over the slaw and toss to coat. Taste for seasoning and set aside.
Grill Salmon over Med/High heat (3-4 mins). Flip once and grill until opaque (about 3 more minutes). Remove salmon and toast the buns.
Place a piece of salmon on a toasted bun, top with the slaw and serve immediately.
